Summit Floor and Wall Coverings Ltd. was incorporated in December of 1993. Our mission is to "Provide quality floor covering products and the best possible service to exceed the expectations of our customers in Essex county".

We are a full service flooring store with a range of products that include carpet, no wax vinyl flooring, hardwood, cork products, ceramic tile, laminate flooring products and the installation of these products by qualified technicians. Summit Flooring also provides a wide ranger of commercial flooring products and again installation by qualified technicians. Our installation guarantee is in writing upon request and we back our guarantee with 36 months of coverage.

Our People

Rick "Marty" Martinello is our owner operator. Rick has over 30 years experience in the floor covering field both in sales and operations. Shona Havens is our office manager and administrative assistant. Ed Cler is responsible for outside sales. Andrea Switzer is our floor person, responsible for inside and counter sales. Mark St. Louis handles warehouse and dispatch functions. Patty Badour handles clerical functions. Combined, our staff has over 150 years of floor covering experience.

Installation Services

Our installation crews consist of 5 carpet and no wax vinyl crews, a hardwood and cork crew and two ceramic tile crews who have combined installation experience of over 100 years.

Serving the City of Windsor, University of Windsor, Canterbury College, several New Home Contractors, Property management companies and Insurance companies as well as all of Essex and Kent Counties, with exception installations as far away as Toronto.
